TOMAS is the single system on the
market, offering network planning inside an integral management information
system.
Planning is done by use of CPM method
(Critical Path Method) and there could be unlimited nr. of plans.
WORK DAYS CALENDAR
Before making any plans, nonworking
days must be registered:

regular nonworking days in a week, e.g.
satterdays and sundays

holiday dates and other nonworking dates
are to be registered.
MAKING A NETWORK PLAN
It is done in the following way:

The plan must be registered and it must
be defined what is time unit for that plan, i.e. days, weeks, months
etc.

Then, plan activities could be entered.
For each activity, must be specified:

activity code
-
description
-
previous and following activities
-
time duration.
TOMAS checks consistency of entered
activity data, so that activity loops and other errors are avoided.
When all plan activities are entered,
one could get:

List of all activities, or some part of
activities.

For any activity, list of:

previous activities or

following activities.

Gantogram without calendar, based on:

the earliest or ...

... the latest start of activities.
